Is GECOM calling for the dissolution of Parliament?

Dear Editor,

An advertisement by the elections body states Nominations Day as January 10, 2020.  On the other hand, however, there is no guarantee that Parliament will be dissolved by December 2, according to a senior functionary.

With the announcement of Nominations Day is the elections body calling for the dissolution of Parliament?
