CAN you say if it is true that Harmon has sent a letter of congratulation to President- elect Joe Biden?

That would indeed be strange, if true, since I cannot recall that either him or Granger has done the same to President Irfaan Ali. Charity certainly doesn’t begin at home for these losers.
