EU Observer Mission, Private Sector to collaborate on elections

A commitment was made yesterday between the European Union (EU) Election Observation Mission Guyana 2020 and the Private Sector

Commission (PSC) to collaborate relative to the observation of the General and Regional Elections.
According to the Commission, the commitment was given at a meeting held at the PSC’s Boardroom.
Present were representatives of the EU Election Observation Mission. The Private Sector delegation was led by the Chairman, Captain Gerry Gouveia.
“Both parties have undertaken to continue collaborations for the successful implementation of their respective observer projects,” PSC said.
Elections are set for March 2nd.
