An outstanding tenure

Dear Editor,

The excellent UK High Commissioner to Guyana is due to depart GT this week. His tenure has been outstanding; in many ways he ‘saved democracy’ in Guyana from election rigging. Will the President allow him to depart with a whimper not a bang?
