No intention of wrong-doing

The PNC/APNU  Opposition could not find anything on which to attack the Government and so they had to resort to saying, Minister of Tourism, Ms Walrond, took her Ministerial Oath three days before she received her certificate of renunciation of her US Nationality and this puts her in the wrong when PNC/APNU Ministers and MP’s who were foreign nationals served for years as Ministers.

Harmon was an American citizen and served as a Minister for years and would have continued to do so had not PNC/APNU shot themselves in the foot by challenging Charrandass’ status and Harmon was badly affected.  The Courts would certainly find no intention of wrong-doing no mens rea on Ms Walrond’s part and that her swearing in three days early was a technicality.
