Can the President say if Remigrant Scheme will be completed?

When President Ali was the Minister of Housing, he started building the Providence Gardens (aka the Remigrant Scheme), in Providence, East Bank.

Can the president say if he is going to finish the job now that he is president?

The housing scheme is currently in a deplorable state.
